Privacy Policy
This policy describes how OnePick: Football Prediction ("OnePick", "we", "our") handles information when you use our Android app and visit this page. It covers the current version of the app.
1. Information stored on your device
OnePick stores your predictions, selected Credit amounts, Credit balance, XP, league progress, prediction results, daily check-in records, purchase grant records, cached football match information, and language and theme preferences in the app's local storage. These records allow the game to function and preserve your progress.
The current app has no OnePick account registration or sign-in. Your game progress is not uploaded to our match-data server or synchronized between devices. The app does not ask you for a name, email address, phone number, or password to play.
2. Network requests
The app connects to our server to retrieve football matches, probabilities, results, and server time. Requests include the match identifiers, filters, or pagination information needed to retrieve that data. Network infrastructure receives your IP address and request metadata, such as the requested URL and time. Hosting services may process technical access and security logs to deliver and protect the service.
Football data is obtained by our server from Binance and Predict.fun. The app does not connect directly to these providers or send them your locally stored predictions or game progress.
3. In-app purchases
When in-app purchasing is enabled, Google Play processes payments and RevenueCat manages purchase validation and transaction information. RevenueCat uses an anonymous app user identifier and processes purchase history, including product and transaction identifiers, purchase dates, and purchase status. This processing supports purchases, purchase reporting, and preventing duplicate Credit grants.
We do not receive your full payment card details. OnePick keeps transaction and product identifiers locally to track granted Credits. If purchasing is not configured in your version, the app does not initialize RevenueCat or send purchase data to it.
See Google's Privacy Policy and RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for their practices.
4. How information is used and disclosed
Information is used to operate the game, retrieve current match data, process purchases, preserve local progress, respond to support requests, and protect the service. We do not sell personal information or use your game records for personalized advertising. The current app contains no advertising SDK or separate general-purpose analytics SDK.
Technical data and purchase information are processed by the hosting and purchase services described above. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud or security incidents. These providers may process information outside your country under their own privacy terms and applicable safeguards.
5. Retention and deletion
Local game records remain in the app's storage until you clear its data or uninstall it. To remove them, open Android Settings, select OnePick under Apps, open Storage, and choose Clear storage or Clear data. This resets local progress, including the local Credit balance and prediction history. Android backup or device-transfer features may retain or restore app data according to your device settings; manage those copies through your Google or device backup settings.
Deleting local app data does not delete Google Play purchase records or information already processed by RevenueCat. Purchase providers retain records under their policies and applicable legal obligations. For requests concerning data handled on our behalf, contact the developer as described below. Some transaction or security information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or prevent fraud.
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include. Please provide only what is needed to resolve your request and never send payment card details or passwords. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and may complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Security and permissions
The app uses HTTPS for its production server and purchase-service connections. Local records are held in Android's app storage. No system can guarantee absolute security. The current app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or precise location.
This privacy page uses no cookies, tracking scripts, external fonts, or advertising resources. Ordinary network request information can still be processed by the server and hosting infrastructure.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our data practices change and revise the date above. Any future account, synchronization, advertising, or other data feature will require corresponding disclosures before it is introduced.
8. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact the developer using the support email in the App support section of the OnePick Google Play listing. Include the app name and explain your request so we can identify the relevant records. The developer identified in that listing is responsible for OnePick.
